Our trip prices typically include accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, transportation during the trip, an experienced trek leader or tour guide, permits and entry fees, and basic first-aid support. Flights, personal expenses, and travel insurance are usually not included unless mentioned.

Yes, absolutely. While our group trips run on fixed dates and itineraries, we also offer fully customized trips where you can choose your own dates, destinations, accommodation type, and pace of travel. Reach out to our team to design a journey tailored to your needs.

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before the trip start date. Generally, cancellations made well in advance receive a higher refund percentage, while last-minute cancellations may not be refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for complete details.
