🗓️ Best Time to Visit
May to October — Kunzum and Rohtang passes are open during these months, giving access to Spiti from Manali. September is especially rewarding with clear skies and less crowd.
🌤️ Climate
Cold desert climate. Summers (May–Sep) are mild, 5–20°C during the day but cold at night. Winters are extreme and the valley is largely cut off.
